drank way too much yesterday. started at 11 am and continued till around midnight or so. Mixing rum/beer/vodka/morebeer/somedrinkagirlgaveme is not the best of plans, but when I'm that drunk I figure what the hell, I might as well keep going.
Went over to the composer's place today. He's a kooky character alright. He's very animated and quick to remind you of exactly how much he kicks ass.
"It's a damn good thing I've got perfect pitch, otherwise this music wouldn't have been half as good!" - actual quote.
I'm going to continue to nurse this shit out of me and work on the film so we'll have something for the festivals. It has to be done before I leave to go back to Alaska for the holidays.

You so totally have to see American Movie. Anyone who works on a film must watch American Movie. I'm declaring it. In fact bunk off from the editing room, rent, nab or order the DVD and watch it. Can't recommend American Movie highly enough.
