man... I've been so fucking broke lately

My work sent my first paycheck to my dad's place by mistake.. and with the no car situation, I haven't been able to pick it up. I got my dad to mail it to me, but that usually takes about a week to make that long ass 10 mile trip from Palos Verdes to Venice.... *sigh*

I've had 4 cents to my name for the past 3 days, which means I've been living off of a bag of rice my friend bought, and a couple of packs of frozen gyuniku I got from that asian market. Although my family took pity on me and forwarded me some cash today so WOOPEE!

Work has gotten crazy... they're changing the way I input information into the system, so now it takes 50 times longer to do the same job... which stresses me out all the time because I have a bunch of other crap to do around the office as well... plus they just gave me the task of helping people find cell phones from the storage room... so my day is frantic and full of crap... at least I only have a few more weeks of it.

I've been giving a lot of thought to moving to Vancouver in the past few days... It's cheaper living up there, and I get free healthcare if I become a Canadian citizen. Besides, Arcade Fire and The Black Halos also hail from Vancouver... so I'm guessing they've got a pretty kickin' live music scene.

I dunno... it's all crazy right now I guess.
