holy schnikes! its friggin freezing mr. bigglesworth! i walked to work today all bundled up. i sang a song totally loudly to keep my focus off the cold. i didnt even care if anyone heard me. i love being a freak. life is good. i started meditating at work. i am the only one who inhabits a part of the space i work in, i mean no one ever ventures there, so since i tend to have a lot of down time anyway, i go in there now and meditate for a half hour. its totally transforming my work experience. haha the osborne memorial zen center! (my builiding is osborne memorial laboratory) last night i was dreaming of stuffed animals. i think it means i need to nurtre myself more so i will do that now by not holding in my pee until i burst and instead leaving the comp at the first signs of a full bladder. love you!
