The paperwork is finalized. I now own a 2004 Dodge Dakota SXT. Barring any complications with the bank, it's mine. I signed all the paperwork and all. The bank, in the next week or so, could find out I forged some stuff, but it's highly unlikely.
I don't have so much work to do tonight. I need to post evictions in just three or four people, that's it. Of-fucking-course my Sprint PCS phone has been giving me a lot of trouble.
The damn voice mail is all screwy. I'm getting messages from a week ago, and, naturally, they are incredibly important messages about stuff like the law suit and a major problem at one of my properties. Just great. Fuck it, everything works out in the end. I hope.
I love that truck. I'm going to go buy a bunch of crap for it. Floor mats and seat covers and wheel covers and shit. Some Armor All wipes for the dash. When I'm done driving around tonight I'm going to clean the fuck out of it. Seriously. Wax and everything. This is something I haven't done to a vehicle I owned in years and years.
I still can't believe those crazy fuckers at Red McCombs gave me $1200 for my truck!
They're crazy. I'd highly recommend them. They also hooked me up with a much lower interest rate then they thought they could AND threw in a six year, seventy-five thousand mile bumper to bumper warranty from their dealership. The truck's still under factory warranty, but there's is better.
I feel good. Hell, that damn truck almost got me laid today . Some chick I've been yaking at for a while was always talking shit on my old one, but when I drove her around in my new one she was all talking about if I want to come over to her house tonight and shit. I just smiled and said I wasn't interested. WELL! That pissed her off. I like fucking with these local hood rats; it's fun. No one's probably ever told her that in her entire life! hahahahahaha!
Anyways, I should get cracking on this paperwork. I promise pictures of my new toy tomorrow. It's too dark out, and even with the flash it'll look like shit cause of the color will take too much of the light from the flash. it'll white out.
