So I had math class today with that beautiful woman again; Samantha.
She is so beautifully flawed. She has these stretch marks on her side, scars on her arms, and the faded acne of the soon-to-be twenty-something. Yeah, her legs are literally the best I have seen in my twenty-one years on this planet (this is not infatuation talking - it is truth; even before I was interested in her last year I noticed this).
We got to talking (OK, so we were talking the second we saw each other...again) and I noticed she had an anime book in hand.
Not just anyone, but a cool one. One that she'd taken the bus for two or three hours to go to the Central Library and pick it up, then take the bus home for two to three hours. I'm a much bigger fan of anime then I'll ever admit, but the determination to do something like that is amazing. Most people wouldn't walk down the street to borrow a book they were less than half-interested in.
Then we debated decriminalization of marijuana (something we're both interested in), all while our teacher was coughing and doing everything she could to tell us to shut the fuck up without coming out and saying it (isn't college grand?? in high school we would have been sent to the office).
After class we hung out for a while, before her next class, talking and talking and talking. The more I talk to her, the more I realize that her imperfections only make myself more attracted to her. I have this feeling like I'm really falling for her; not love, per se, but more than like.
Oh, how I love this the beginning of possibility. What could be the start of something great and bigger than myself. But this raises the question; should I push the obvious attraction we share? She is, after all, bad for me in the long run. But, she's also only eighteen, and I only twenty-one, so it's not as though we're going to get married or anything.
Fuck it, I'll play it by ear as I always do.
I need to buy from Frank Sinatra tapes. That sumbitch is the cat's meow. Also, I need to remember to NEVER PREPARE FISH IN MY HOUSE AGAIN!!! I cleaned some fish in my sink, again (after swearing never to do it again) and, once again, feel asleep on the couch; with my air conditioning off. Needless to say, the smell of fish guts permenting in my garbage disposal was palpable. I woke up in the middle of the night with the taste in my damn lungs. In my lungs, people, like a thick fog on a frigid Texas morning. Even my mighty India imported Nag Champa handmade incense have had little effect on this most foul of smells. I hate myself when I do shit like this.
Oh yeah! I forgot to go and do that work at that house I didn't finish yesterday. I'll just skip my "macroeconomics" class. Oh how missing such boundless excitement will kill me (note the sarcasm).

anyone interested in renting a mobile home? it's on a private cul-de-sac. lot's of land for your kids to play on. this is good, down home country livin' about ten minutes from Calaveras Lake and five minutes from Braunig Lake, and just under two hours from the Gulf of Mexico. Just put my ad in the paper (it's a little different then the one above, they change it around for you).
