So I might have to evict one of the tenants tomorrow. A problem has been raised that I've never encountered before, neither has my father, whose business I took over. Apparently they are partying until 4am, the cops are being called all the time, their are upwards of ten people staying in the house at any one time, and so on. Also there's been warnings that they are tearing up the place too.

So I need to do a walk thru, charge them for any and all damages. They get three days to pay for them. This isn't likely to happen because they are behind on their rent and they owe money for other stuff, too. That's a pretty automatic eviction there.

If their extra people don't get out in 72 hours, they are automatically evicted. This isn't likely, the girl'll kick everyone out.

Her sister is renting the unit next door and is a model tenant. Her mother, too, is renting a unit a couple blocks away, and is a model tenant. Why is she such a bitch?

I hope I don't have to kick her out - that'll be three units I have on the market unrented. That would suck, hardcore. Especially since one of them has been on the market forever. This is becoming a problem.

I have a lot more to talk about, but I'll save it for later. I need to more properly formulate my thoughts - the other stuff is actually important.
