thanks for the boerne advice. the duplex we're gonna look at is like 795 a month, but they're brand new. would you suggest going through a realtor or just cruising around ourselves? i'm not really from san antonio and my man is more from lytle, so we're not too familiar with boerne. i just know it's beautiful out there and i don't feel ghettofied walking around there. any info you could give would just be awesome!! thanks.

Wow, I've been on SG for a whole five hours and already I'm meeting cool people in my area AND I scored VIP passes to a rave on the otherside of the continent! I shouldn't have procrastinated for so long...Also, anyone in San Antonio interested in car pooling to one of the Burlesque shows with me, just drop me a line. By then I should have my new bad ass ride that actually has FOUR DOORS. Gas money and beer money will be split among myself, my friend, and anyone else who wants to attend. (that rhymes). I'll be going from San Antonio to Denton, stay the night in Denton, and then be back in San Antonio in the morning to handle some business, and then it's up to Austin for the night (SG Burlesque show and then a night on Sixth Street, of course). Then on to Houston (Dallas?) for those who want to go or not.
