Apparently, in Lower Allston, leaving a car with a flat tire in the same, legal, parking spot for a week constitutes abandonment, causing my car to get tagged with a scary green abandoned vehicle tag, but not yet towed, thankfully. (Incidentally, any tips for getting sticky gunky paper off a cold car window are welcome).

Lucky for you, whilst looking for information regarding Massachusetts' Abandoned Vehicle Laws, I uncovered these other useful laws to know (all emphasis is mine):

In Massachusetts:

One can't blaspheme, or course.
One can't perform a Crime Against Nature (aka buggery, sodomy)
One can't tell you that you can get some condoms at CVS which you can use to avoid getting pregnant.
One can't tell you where you can get yourself a good vibrator, or to show you this webpage.
Illegally riding a freight train is prima facie evidence of being a tramp
One cannot derive monetary support from a person they know to be a prostitute.
One can't run a speakeasy (or, a good one, at least)
One must sell a foal under five months with it's mother, unless "for the purpose of immediate slaughter or humane killing"
One can't render "The Star Spangled Banner" as dance music
One can't damage potentially salable ice
One can't deface milk cans
One can't perform an unlicensed lead paint inspection
One can't sell stink bombs
One can't sell eyeglasses with flamable frames
One can't spit on the sidewalk (of course the intent is tobbacco spit, but that's not stated explicitly...so watch out!)
One must requite a minor purchasing glue or cement to provide his name and address to a permanently bound register to be made available to police for up to 6 months

And these two sections on duels, really need to be reproduced in full:
Chapter 265, Section 3-4

Section 3. An inhabitant or resident of this commonwealth who, by previous appointment or engagement made within the same, fights a duel outside its jurisdiction, and in so doing inflicts a mortal wound upon a person whereof he dies within the commonwealth shall be guilty of murder within this commonwealth, and may be indicted, tried and convicted in the county where the death occurs.

Section 4. An inhabitant or resident of this commonwealth who, by previous appointment or engagement made within the same, becomes the second of either party in such duel and is present as a second when a mortal wound is inflicted upon a person whereof he dies within this commonwealth shall be an accessory before the fact to murder in this commonwealth, and may be indicted, tried and convicted in the county where the death occurs.

And this one needs to be apprciated in whole as well:
Chapter 264: Section 7 Whoever publicly mutilates, tramples upon, defaces or treats contemptuously the flag or emblem of a foreign country at peace with the United States, whether such flag or emblem is public or private property, or whoever displays such flag or emblem or any representation thereof upon which are words, figures, advertisements or designs, shall be punished by a fine of not less than five nor more than fifty dollars.
