Off camping today. Leave sometime after lunch to catch the ferry out to the penninsula then drive to the coast w/ mom and dad. Should be a good deal of fun since we haven't gone camping in nearly a year and a half....shit...maybe two years. It's long over due. This'll be a short trip but it'll probably be worth it.

Lunch wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I still didn't get to have the nice intimate conversation I wanted, but it wasn't horribly stressful either.

I would guess both? They are pretty trendy right now (which makes me not want them...) but really they are damn comfortable shoes, which makes me love them.
Today I will self-impose a menta exile into the realm of mindless-ness. It'll be good for a change. Yesterday involved way too much thought and pondering for my health so today will make up for that. I wish I had been at the beach. That picture looks perfect. I need to go to the beach really badly. At least I was in the desert though, it's just as good, in different ways.
