Had a great time in Pdx this weekend. Spent time with the family of my best friend; for Easter I claimed but mostly to spend time with her. Good excuse.
Went to my first Easter Vigil Mass. Lasted ~3 hours, including all the baptisms and confirmations. It was a neat experience all in all. Sunday was a family party. Felt like part of the family really. So, that was a great time to.
Overall, it was a great weekend. Wish i didn't have to come back to work and the apartment though. Lots to do and lots to take care of. Finally got renter's insurance today. And shopping for car insurance as well. I'll also be needing a new car soon. Currently flip-floping between getting another used car or a newer one. Want to crunch the budget numbers to see if I can actually afford one of those nifty hybrids. *shrug* Probably not. Lol.
