I'm kinda sad that it didn't rain yesterday. But today the sky is putting forth a slight and miserable drizzle of rain. Not like a couple days ago when it came down in sheets. That's my favorite kind of rain. (Not that all rain isn't great; 'casue it is)
Got a new CD "Any Kind of Pretty" by this band called Daylight Basement. They are awesome. I recommend that you all check them out. Advised of course that music recommendations are a dime a dozen. Chuckle.
I need a hair cut. But it's still too cold. I'll just resolve to shave this crap off my face.
Today I tried to get my project group to meet me at school. One is in Portland and two are m.i.a. the one that did email won't be here 'till noon. So I'm going to try to work hard all alone.
You might notice I'm updating instead of working hard......
Last night we had a bunch of close family friends over at our house. It was crazy. There were kids from 2 on up. (Including a few 40 something kids. Chuckle. ) But I got to entertain some 1st and 3rd graders. Turns out they really just want to follow you around and ask you stuff. One of them had a thing for Star Wars so we ran through a bunch of SW trivial Pursuit cards. he was surprisingly good for his age and his inability to usually recall things related to his school work. Kinda like me.
The kiddies also wanted to watch me play WoW. So like any good gamer I endulged them and played a little "for them". One kid was so intent on the screen that he was leaning half his weight on my right arm. So to move the mouse I had to use a lot of muscles that gamers don't usually use.
In other, unrealted news, I have lots of homework I should be doing. Talk to you all later.
