That felt like the longest weekend ever. Which is a nice feeling but it makes it hard to go back to work. Plus it's going to be a short week 'casue I'm probably going to take Freday off to go camping with mom and dad. We're headed out to Mora on the WA coast. It's a great place. If you've never been there then you...

Yeterday I re-watched a film called "Songs for Cassavettes". It's a collection of interviews and concert fotage from bands that were part of the underground scene in the early nineties. So people like, tullycraft, sleater-kinney, henry's dress, the hi-fives, dub narcotic, and those of the same ilk. (Olympia, SF, DC, LA inde-bands). It's actually really interesting to hear what these people think about music and...

Today I will self-impose a menta exile into the realm of mindless-ness. It'll be good for a change. Yesterday involved way too much thought and pondering for my health so today will make up for that. In honor of planning to stay inside all day I'm wearing all black, which I try to avoid in the summer because it's too hot.

^----Boring Paragraph.

Mindless-ness today...

Yesterday's show = awesome.

You did indeed keep me distracted. It was great. Although, I couldn't focus too much on any one email, and I felt bad about that.

I want to be content, too. Occasionally I am, and it feels so damn good.

Your welcome. smile It was my pleasure. Although my brain wasn't actually functioning when i wrote your email, so I probably could have done better.

Tonight is the Tullycraft concert at the Chop Seuy. It's going to be awesome. biggrin I can't wait. Even though I just saw them play, actually, that may have made me more excited for this show than beofre. chuckle. (Doors at 8PM and I think it's $7, It'll be fun, really.)

I realized yesterday that being a really good friend to a girl has a whole...

Today is the Greenwood Seafair Parade. My family goes down every year. So we're headed down one more time this year. And this year I'm going to put sunscreen on so I don't come home all burnt and uncomfortable. chuckle. It's always way too hot but for some reason we do it every year anyway. Go tradition!

Been listening to a lot of Tullycraft. Happy...

Nothing to update. Funny dreams all week. But enjoyable to interact with. Alhtough not a replacement for human interaction.

I've been having weird dreams too. It's starting to get annoying.

My friend Emily is hanging out with me today. She's doind her homework for consrvational biology or some such class. I on the otherhand am slowly rotting my brain out with the use of video games. It's nice to just hangout and do whatever with someone you know. Decidedly not doing something together while doing something at the same time in the same space. You...

I know, I always miss people, too. Sometimes I have considered that I might be a closet extrovert, but I don't think that's true, because the alone time is absolutely necessary for my well being. But I do so love people.

I had chocolate cake for breakfast. That's like a cookie.

Just went and saw Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. That was awesome. Go Johnny Depp! And that little kid who played Charie. He was adorable too.

Loved that movie. Saw it on IMAX. So, you got any free time ever?

It's raining right now. I woke up to the sound of it hitting the back porch. That was so much better than the last couple days where the heat of the sun has woken me up. Sometimes I miss rain more than anything else. I wish I wasn't going to work today, so I could just sit on my couch and watch the rain and...

Rain makes me happy. It actually makes me physically smile. There is almost nothing better than pouring rain, and a book, and a cup of tea and something soft and warm.

I think that saying "I love you" is the worst way of showing someone. Words are empty. There have to be feelings behind them, and if you have the feelings, why do you even need the words?

I will try to focus my energy toward you and you focus your laziness toward me, and maybe we can manage something. smile

Dream Portion of the Entry:

I had this dream to nights ago. I was hanging out with my best friend in the world and she and I were talking. The usual routine for the both of us. Meandering topics, which fit the dream well, although I can't recall what they were. Then as we parted we hugged, as usual. Except instead of just the usual...
