I just read your February 29 rant. I just wanted to say that I agree that this place is obviously is more than a porn site, particularly taking into account the less convoluted nature of the attitude towards sexuality and gender roles these days. I was aware of this place a few months before joining as well, also signing up in December 2002. Anyway, I think that the enormous increase in its popularity has if anything only served it for the better- allowing for greater variety in the styles and personalities of its models and members as well as ones having a broader range of interests. And as the site continues to grow, new technology advances and improvements will surely add new dimensions to SG.com just as the increase in revenue allows for their implementation, such as the addition of the the new feature allowing for remote upload of camera phone pics- SGs like Katie have made fabulous use of that already.
Anyway, that's my two cents, thought I'd offer a counterpoint to your words. Incidentally, getting to the thing that brought me here to begin with: once in a red moon I'll do a random search off the top of my head of this website on the Google site search page or the on-site search engines (which are in need of a major tune-up if they're to function properly) just for the hell of it to see who might have commented on or raised the subject of something I have an interest in, but also one that it's might be unlikely to find any mention of here. This time I was looking for the name of a teenage actress that I had no interest in career-wise until she made a pop album; but always liked her attractive, sweet face- although her overall look frustrated me to no end whenever seeing in pictures, especially after finding out I liked her brand of pop music when exploring the work of the pop music producers known as "The Matrix" production team (who produce for Liz Phair and Avril Lavigne among others).
In any case, I don't know you at all, and this entire post from start to finish is almost like a term paper about things of little consequence spoken of with care and respect. Oh, the artist I was discussing is a teenager named Hilary...
