i went to karaoke last night for the first time since december. it was so much fun! i sang heartbreaker(pat benetar), i love rock and roll(joan jett)(accompanied by my friend jessi), and our lips are sealed(the go go's). i won 2 shirts from purr and a joe stiffs bottle opener keychain, and a couple people bought me drinks and a ton of people complimented me on my singing. so rad. this one girl even told me that her boyfriend's band was looking for a female lead vocalist. apparently they do open jams at this bar every monday so i'm gonna go check them out.
