So I've been seeing one of my employees lately, I'm her manager and we've been working together for almost 2 years now. She's really nice and grew feeling for me and we decided to see how it goes, she's a really hard worker and great with service and there's no issues their... But another coworker found out and snitched to my boss, now my job is on the line and I'm furious.. So... I'm planning to make the snitches work life hell to the book, should I reconsider? I'm really steaming right now and need some good advice, please help me.
