I'm so stressed out it is eating me alive. Quite literally. I can't sleep. If I do actually fall asleep I wake up in an hour. My body is so tense. I have so many things passing through my brain that I cannot even do the easiest of tasks. I really don't know what to do. I guess suicide girls probably seems like a strange place to ask for help, but if you reading this, what do you do when you are at your breaking point?

Well screaming might help or just hitting something. Sure sounds primal but it might work. Isn't that why they invented pillows? You could always simply talk to someone and just tell them everything. Get it out and off your mind for a second. Yes this is the perfect place to tell people your problems. Hey it's a diverse place I'm sure someone here has the same issue and may know what works .
