My friend Shaun works at Convergys here in Clarksville and they do alot of the warranty work and stuff for AT&T and Cingullar wireless. He has a AT&T wireless account and he has access to all billing information and has the ability to credit money to AT&T customers accounts.
The idiot took his girlfriend's login and has been crediting money into his account for months. He got caught and he got fired. His girlfriend also got fired but she got her job back today, after they looked a little closer at everything that happened. Shaun could face federal fraud charges if Convergys chooses to prosecute. I hope they do.
Without him having a job, it looks like I may have to find a place to live in march. SOB!!!
