Thanksgiving was good. The turkey was ok, but we had tamales (yuess). Tamales are wonderful. Now we're not talking about those 'hot tamales' candies that are all sweet, no way. Real tamales are carne adovada (pork maranated in red chili) with a lard and corn mash wraped around and cooked. Good god.
