Urgh....so today it begins.
the exercise and diet regime....i've been kinda doing it on and off for a while, but lately its been more off than on.
so today...i'm kicking it off big time. No more Cereal or Bread, No snacking and exercise 3 times a week.
I've been running already today, it was hard, but i did what i set out to do, so i'm pleased with that.

What else has happened?
Well, as predicted my weekend was shit boring, the highlight being taking my Hipster Niece to Nando's for lunch.

Ok, that was what DID happen....now then...what's GOING to happen.
''Tell us TC!!'' i hear you cry, ''TELL US!!!''...alright alright already...calm down!!

Tomorrow i'm doing a model shoot, Nothing worthy of SG, just shooting a nice set for a friend, but i want to see how well i do, and if i enjoy it.
She's nervous...but i'm absolutely shitting it!
i'll post pics on here and on my Tumblr page...i'd love some honest, decent feedback guys...so watch this space!
