now i have to do this 'weight loss' thing
i just read someones blog about losing weight and its kinda got me back on track.
now i'm over my soccer injury (kinda) i can do running again, and i REALLY gotta cut out bread and cereal.
i'm sure they are satans own foods, sent to tempt me on a daily basis.
and after this weekend? no alcohol. (this weekend is a no go as i have an old and best friend arriving from london to stay over...)
so...here we go!
