what up boys and girls.
This is gonna be kinda short, cuz I may or may not be coming down with something(most likely not). But here's a quick summary:
1.) I've been suspended from work until February 3. On Feb 3, I have to see the General Manager for an "interview" about my performance, about "misses" I had during my time with the CTA blah blah blah. Until then, I've been productive. Finally got around to building the CD cabinet yesterday. It wasn't as hard as I thought.
2.) My reggae band, Solarize, is playing a show tomorrow at the Red Line Tap. Should be fun. I'm all nervous and shit about it.
3.) Me and Calvin are still working on some new songs for our punk outfit, the Haterz. He sent me a email last night talking about extending the songs to 4 minutes in order to have a 30 minute set. He was all like, "Yeah, I should do a metal song", then "Yeah, it should be verse, chrous, verse, then we do some noize part, then you do a bass solo" and this, that, and the other. He really wants to get this thing started.
