This year, in memory of my mother, I'll be participating in the Relay for Life. This is my shameless plug, in hopes that some of you would like to sign up to participate in the local Chapel Hill event or in the event closest to you.
If you can't participate for whatever reason, I hope you'll consider donating some money for the cause. The American Cancer Society does some great things, and I know we all enjoy that warm, squishy feeling of helping out a friend in need. If you don't know somebody who has gone through cancer, chances are that you will at some point in your life... it's a pretty nasty thing to watch, and to go through. Every little bit helps.

The vet made a similar suggestion, to watch for any behavior changes in Walter. If we end up getting enough in donations to cover this 1000 bill for Albus, we might go ahead and just run a batter of tests on Walter, just in case. The vet said it wasn't necessary, but I'd like to be sure.
And thank you. As I've said before, all this support is making this incredible pain easier to deal with.
Work is sucking the life out of me. i am so nervous I can't eat (I feel ill when I do) and my hands shake. Gods I hate feeling like at any moment the next user is going to abuse me. **sigh** But I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I'm trying to convince K_Rex to color her betty now, but she wants to wait for the 40/40 party. I told her I'd even touch her up. Oh well.
