Six steps to pouring the perfect Guinness

1. Use a clean, Guinness-blazoned glass

2. Hold glass to tap at a 45 angle

3. Pull handle towards self, fully open until near full

4. Sit to let settle, gas rises to top; enough time to talk with patron

5. Finish the pour, handle pushed away from self until head reaches
the lip of the glass
