Hormonally Yours... worthy of the Shakespeare name. Not that I have a true appreciatation. I could never understand any of that shit. Congrats on getting your old mac. Hope it hangs on for you because what you described is what my G4 was doing before it died for good and it was a bad motherboard. Anyway those old iMacs are pretty damn slow now aren't they. There's a bunch of them at this one internet place I use occasionally and the screens are all kinda soft too (I think that happens too all CRT screens after a while but theirs are pretty bad). I am an apple fan though and I'm lovin' my new mini.

It amazes me the duplicity of the sauce. In one way it numbs you, making everything you do seem trivial and making it impossible to do any of it. On the other, it seems to focus what sense you do have left onto one track making it seem clear and perfect.

i agree with you on the point of men not being as attractive naked as women are. otherwise, i wouldn't be on SG! but some women (and men too, i suppose) really do like the site of a naked man. i'm just not one of them. even during my own sexual encounters, i don't really pay attention to the guy's body, i just enjoy the moment.

Angel, eh? hey lemme tell ya, you'll be glad if you save your cash for the galactica discs because they are fracking expensive, but worth it (and when you start saying frack you'll be a true fan... it's their f word). i won't go on again about how great it is lest I sound like even more of a sci-fi geek. downloading the "galactica watercooler" podcast was a mighty check there... goddamn those sorry freaks. but i'll just say that's one of several things that makes the show really engaging and so different from trekky shit or star wars, how they say stuff like "frack" and "oh my gods". also they have really great actors and they're all given the freedom to ad lib or contribute in ways actors usually are not. also nothing against star wars here, only great reverence.

One prospective employer began his interview by asking: "What's it like to graduate from the worst law school in the state?" Nothing like an insult to break the ice.
Another guy ended the interview by saying:"If we offer you the job, we won't pay you very much. You're not really worth anything."
These were typical interviews. I finally gave up on being a lawyer. I'm not really cut out for practicing law anyway.
But if graphic design, etc. is the kind of work you really want to do, keep looking. Something's liable to turn up

that reminds me of when i wrote poetry. it was always sad and/or depressing. if i ever wrote anything when i was happy, it was just plain crap.
Anyone got a position for a more-than-amateur photographer, decent graphic designer/photoshop user, painter, published author in your place of business? I'm just looking to do something I actually paid to learn to do and make a decent wage doing it.
