That's scary. I'd imagine people would be safer drivers in LA since the streets are so busy. Here, you are pretty much likely to die if you're hit by a car. College town, means no locals, and terrible drivers, and usually drunk. lol. and stupid.

well it can happen anywhere... stupid drivers.. i was hit three times hahaha... the third time hospitalized me... the guy decided going faster and turning at the last minute would be kool and effectly miss me... but no... mom sued him and i got a bunch of money hahaha... i hate bad drivers D= haha...
