Here I sit at Starbucks on a muggy Friday night - due to condo ownership in a few weeks I had to cancel my cable/internet so using the TMobile Hotspot at bucks is my only recourse.
It was an emotionally challenging week and I'm tired! I'm also one of those weird freaks that looks skinny but has a fat gut! Not quite the Hoo-Ya Deep Sea Diver I used to be.
I have found that to be one of the most depressing things in my life. I used to be in superhuman condition and having trouble bending over to put my elastic drawstring tied shoes (it became too difficult to actually tie shoestrings because of my gut so I ditched them for elastic runner ties) has me feeling very self-destructive and bummed every time I have to put my shoes on to go anywhere. I used to be motivated all of the time and now I can't seem to get off of the couch. I even cancelled the cable, ditched my SG profile and friends etc to keep myself from just laying on the couch. Well, I was back on SG in like 3 days (after offending many people I'm sure), and even though the cable in cancelled I still get a signal so the tv is still on exerting it's hypnotic pull on me.
Once I post the auction for Cat I'm going to leave the internet for awhile. I'm going to leave my computer at the office and disconnect any cables from the tv and I'm just going to go to my apartment to eat, sleep and shit. It's time for drastic measures. I usually have to hit the bottom of the barrel before I'll get off my ass and take care of business. This time I got to the bottom of the barrel and I just propped a pillow, grabbed my laptop and surfed porn and SG until I became a fat choad!
Okay, enough whining. Remember, I'll be posting a link to the auction on Sunday evening - go get people to bid or bid yourself!
