I've injured myself again! Damnit, I'm now a walking statistic! Two injuries at home and on a bank holiday weekend as well. Grrr!
The first was pulling a tendon in my shoulder while painting the side of my parents house. I'm not the biggest fan of heights so I'd rather be lower down the ladder and stretch up than to paint at a comfortable level and be at a height from which I could fall and die. I overstretched and now I have only have half the usual range of movement in my right arm.
The second happened just now while I was waiting for my parents computer to load. I went and brushed my teeth and then slipped on the wet floor of the bathroom and cut my foot. It stings a bit and is one of those annoying cuts near the toes so you need one of those funny shaped plasters.
This is the last time I help my parents, in fact I doubt I'll ever return, this place hates me.
Grrrr mutter grumble...... mutter mutter seeth...... need crutches AND a sling..... sulk sulk mutter....
And yes, I did get out on the wrong side of bed this morning.
