Saturday is my favorite day of the week. I feel people are generally happy on Saturday. There's no work for most today or tomorrow. How are you spending your Saturday?

Cardio

Cardio and I have a love hate relationship. I love how it makes me look, but damn it is mentally challenging to constantly keep going. Any runners out there have any tips to always stay motivated? #fitness #runners #fit

@lust_of_wolves the only time I am willing to do burpees is if I'm doing a spartan race
