This is 6 weeks of my life succinctly presented in bullet points
- Continued my training in the art of kicking ass. A grand total of 8 hours kickboxing training under my belt and my instructor decided to put me in for grading. Results were gotten and I completely skipped both the 1st and 2nd bars of the white grade and went straight to red. Now theyre teaching me how to grab a guy by the back of the head and knee the shit outta their face. Awesome
- Treated myself to a new amp. The tiny little 10w I had sounded like complete shit even with the volume dialled down. Wound up getting a bargain even if I was messed around a bit. Now i have myself a Peavey Studio Pro 112 back from when they were made in America. I have to keep the volume on my amp and guitar at about "1" otherwise my entire room shakes. Awesome
- Decided to stop paying to have my guitar restrung and just do it myself. Bought 2 packs of strings this morning and managed to kill the A string from both packs. Now i'm going on a drive to the music shop 12 miles over because I'm too embarrassed to go back to my local. Retard
- Seen a shitload of movies recently, nearly all of which I enjoyed immensely. Coraline 3D was awesome, Star Trek did the impossible by making me enjoy a Star Trek movie, Observe and Report was one of the most messed-up comedies I've seen in a while. Wolverine was mediocre. Whoop
- Saw the final series of The Shield Bleak
- Have a 5-day weekend at the end of next week because of all the lieu days I had stored from recent bank holidays. In two minds about whether to go on some kind of adventure but I don't really have the money. Luckily i enjoy doing sweet fuck all with my timeLazy
