Last days always make me feel melancholy...
last day of a long and brutal month... hasn't been what I wanted it to be... to be frank, this 30 thing is pretty much sucking on all fronts... I'm doing my best to cope and get through but this should have been a lucky year... born in 77, 30 in 2007... well... it's been anything but, so far... it's been disappointment after disappointment...
So I'm calling time and changing the rules.
As of now, life works as it does... a new month brings new chances and opportunities to reinvent. Something I've been desperately trying to do... like a snake trying to shed its skin and getting stuck, I've been trying to shift free and be someone new but everything is stopping me... holding me back, keeping me in a half torn skin...
It's not a fun feeling.
But that changes tomorrow... chance for new beginnings and to start over. Fresh. I'm gonna wake up naked and be born again... be someone new... be me.
