today has been an interesting day of mood changes. not mine, actually, but the people around me. my father didn't want to do his cognative exercise but ended up enjoying it... my friend didn't want to discuss the way she's been acting but she did and feels better about it...
sometimes, it's just too easy to be inflexible... sometimes we don't want to budge because we don't know what will come of our choice to conceed... but sometimes giving in can be amazing... and can produce a much better reality than we could ever imagined be being stubborn.
change can be good... I'm going to look for something I can change right now... we're gonna start with my pants and move forward from there.
