The show last night was so much fun, despite a small crowd and Kill the Client cancelling.
Strong Intention opened up. I hadn't heard of these guys, so I didn't know what to expect when I saw a 30+ year old drummer with hair almost down to his ass, and a bassist that looked like a college English professor. These guys were good. Political trash/power violence from Baltimore. They played about a 20-30 minute set that had heads banging and a few bodies moving, but no moshing (which would be the case all night).
Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus came up next. It was funny seeing those five guys try to fit on the little stage at Fat Cat's. Josh ended up getting on the floor in the middle of everyone, pushing them around and going off. These guys are so much fun to see live. Their bassist is funny as shit. And I do believe their new guitarist said "You just need a dick for your mouth" in between songs, not sure to who though.
Internal Bleeding...I suck because I knew nothing of these guys. New York Deathcore (fuck...I hate adding core to the end of other genres, but they were just that...Death metal and hardcore). This was probably my favorite performance of the night. I don't normally mosh, but these guys had me wanting to...but like I said, no mosh last night. Their guitarist, some fill in guy, was having huge difficulties with all of his gear, so that sucked. But, the best part of the night, was when the lead singer started making fun of Bury Your Dead, one of those typical breakdown 'hardcore' bands.

I picked up like 4 shirts and a few other things and headed home. It was a damn good night.
