I try, but I mostly draw other stuff. Rooms, scenes. I'm pretty good with perspective pencil drawings. Working on a series of drawings involving buildings with several black-clad stick-figure ninjamen infiltrating. Not very good at drawing people except sometimes I get lucky drawing a face if i'm in practice.

i'm glad you slept. Relationships like that between siblings is rare in this day and age. The reason your speech didn't hurt him is because you made it a positive one not negative. (dont you want this, wouldn't this be good? wasn't that fun? as opposed to Stop this, don't do that, this is bad for you)

Also, kids stick together to survive their parents. No matter what happens in a bro/sis relationship like that you will always be close b/c you went throught the same shit at the same time, not like parents who went throught it and then tried to help you. It's more effective b/c it from his point of view. You done good sweetie, don't ever lose that connection with him.

Its one of the hardest things any parent will ever have to go through. I should know I was 5 when my bro died, Aparently I was there when he died but I don't really remember that. And my dad somehow performed CPR on my little bro.

I wish you the best of luck. Is he up here or down there with your fam? Either way it sucks. Take the time to go and visit him I'm sure your Prof won't care. He'll get better.

Don't let it get you too down. This was your first year in college, right? You'll find that a lot of people end up not spending much time with their "friends" from their first year in school. because everyone is just thrown together, they make friends with the the people who are most convenient, rather than most appropriate at first. Eventually you settle in with people who have more common interests and are probably a better fit for you.

If he says he wasn't, then you must believe him, right? Unless you have a reason to believe he was lying. But such a reason, I would think, would be cause for a lack of trust in the relationship resulting in a need to end the relationship. Or something.

Sorry for the rambling, people...I read an old journal entry on a different blog site I used to frequent...and well, I was inspired.

I know exactly how you feel, that was me winter term and sort of now. Do you want me to allude to or frinq class? Hyper/altered reality is still reality and you still have to deal with it. Plus you also need to realize your not the same person as before you started school. I'm a perfect example

And hey control who needs it, sure its comforting to know that something in life is reliable, and I really don't think it should be anything physical(except for my comp), and whatever it is it should allow you to be all chipper.

I'd have to agree with you that big cities do seem to take away the caring, of course thats also a big part of living on your own, no one gives a rats ass about you, except those close to you.
