I'm so fried...

I was wrong about those finals and practicals being next week, they're this week.

I've almost completely finished that take home exam, I turned in all but the essays, I need to email him the essays, he says he's not going to take off for being late...

I got all of my definitions and end of chapter questions done for Baking, and I completed all of my recipe conversions and costing for my practicals for food prep.

All I have to do is finish those two essays for the exam, and write my project that's due on friday. Oh and ace my practicals on wednesday.

In food prep, I'm making Mayonnaise, Cole slaw, and Ratatouille.

In Baking, I'm making Yogurt Pound Cake, and Russian Teacakes.

Did I mention I'm fried yet? I'm looking forward to this being done now... all I have next week is finals, and the big Clean-Up day, where we clean the whole kitchen from top to bottom. If you're wondering how much that is... It takes two days all day long. This is a big kitchen.

I'm so tired, all I do is homework, homework, homework. I worked one day last week, on sunday, and I don't work this week. I was going to go to austin this weekend, but in light of that, I'm going to be broke next paycheck, and I think I have to plan for that, so now trip to austin yet. I'll have to wait for tubing I guess.

I think I'm going to take a bath, and have a cup of red wine and watch chocolat, or Under the Tuscan Sun, and relax, and go to sleep.
