hmm... lets see... what could I talk about? cooking? I can do that!
Last night we made chocolate chip cookies in class, and cheesecake brownies. I haven't gotten to try the brownies yet, we cut those tonight.
The chocolate chip cookies were the best though, we made them with brown sugar, and espresso powder, and walnuts, and pecans, and lots and lots of chocolate chips.
I can't wait for next week, wednesday in skills, we make southwestern grilled cheese sandwiches with avocado, and chipotle puree. MMMM that sounds so good!!!
So I want to cook something neat, we need to get together again so I have people to cook for, I hate cooking for myself.
maybe I'll bring some cookies to the taurus party or something...
