I hate how long it takes to get anywhere these days because of the "holiday traffic." I mean, don't these people have jobs? I am out at the same time I would be on any normal week, but there are like 15 times more people driving at the same time. I don't get it. Do they take like 3 hour lunches from work to get their last-minute Christmas gifts? I just went out to Circuit City for a new hard drive for my computer -- which is not a Christmas present -- and I can almost guartantee you that I was the ONLY one in there NOT shopping for presents. Come on people... why are you all waiting until last minute? You've all known about Christmas being on December 25th for like, ever!!! So, why wait until the 21st to go get gifts?
This blows my mind...
P.S. I just got the last of my presents yesterday... ha ha! So, I guess I'm sort of bitching to myself, too. But the point of this was not to just bitch about people waiting until last minute. It was to bitch about why people are not in work, where they're supposed to be. I think the holiday season is just getting to me... I can't wait to see mine & Jason's family, and just relax. 3 days!!! Then I get 3 days off!!! :-)
