Well, doesn't life just throw nasty curve balls at you.

Since I've been single, I've tried my best to stay friends with my ex. I really did love her and despite us having our problems I still wanted her around. Last couple of days I've really been missing her and one of my friends at work took me aside and she gave me the advice that I should just tell her that. "leave a message on facebook or something, it'll let you get it out" so I thought I'd follow the suggestion. I decided I would leave a message on FB telling her exactly tht and just leave it at that not expecting some dramatic romantic reunion or anything of that nature what so ever.

However on logging on I notice she's changed her relationship status and she is now with one of my mates. Considering she asked me "Don't get yourself another girlfriend too soon. I won't be able to stand seeing you with another woman" and it hasn't even been a full month yet, you can imagine my suprise and anger. Suprise that she'd moved on so quickly when she was apparently so in love with me and anger that it's one of my now former friends. I wonder how long it's been going on and if nothing while we were together then how long she'd been eying off one of my mates.


My I'm quite cynical at the moment....please someone, show me a woman who won't lie to me about emotions.
