My smoking fetish guy called again today! Two days into it, and I have a regular already -- I hope. He's good for at least $10 a call, on my end, so I'd like to keep him. I sent him some more pics of me smoking, I hope that'll help.

He doesn't really want to talk about sex, either -- just the smoke. I get dizzy from inhaling so deep on my cigarette, but hey...it's $$$, and he's a real sweetheart.

Anyway, I won't be working all day today -- my shoulder is hurting so badly I might just rip it off soon, so I made an appt. with my doctor to get a cortisone shot into the joint to bring down the inflammation. Last time I had that, the pain was so bad anyway that I didn't even feel the needle...and the shot does help, as it also has a numbing agent in it.
