Your daughter sounds like an amazing young lady, to say the very least... I don't understand why kids seem to be maturing so much faster these days. I've heard it may be due in part to all the hormones and crap they're putting in our food... It sounds to me like you're handling it well, though. I think we need more "weird moms" like you!! The world would be a better place.

I do hope you get a chance to check out a UU church or fellowship some day. They are amongst the nicest and most accepting people you'll ever meet. I think there's a CUUPS group around here that I should check out.
