I just ended my fourth week of school. Fun stuff! I'm actually learning some cool stuff and getting much better with a knife. Today we were learning how to use mushrooms as a garnish. My teacher can do some amazing things with a paring knife and a piece of produce. Yesterday we got to cut up a chicken. That was pretty cool. I got to learn a few more ways to get all the pieces of chicken off of the whole carcass. 
We get to learn about seafood next week. I'm looking forward to that. Well, can't think of much else to say.
