Well I figured I would finally start a blog. Since I never figured out what to put in these things I'm gonna ramble about how me and a couple of my friends plan on starting a distillery within the next year or two. We are planning on starting this distillery in the state of Missouri and selling unaged whiskey. We have already run a few test batches and the general consensus among the people who have tried it, is that it is some of the best whiskey that they have ever drank. We still have a lot to learn about this process and a lot more work to go before we become a full fledge business. We still need to find some land and build the building to house our still, but we should be able to get all that up in running very soon. I am just lucky that the country that we are currently in allows us to make small batches of liquor without a license. In fact tomorrow we will be running a batch, with our temporary still. I guess i will also attach a picture of our current setup to this blog, and end my rambling here. Until next time have fun you all.
