I'm quite angry today.
I was smoking my last cigarette in the valley today. I decided it was time to quit. I had time to kill before my hairdresser appointment, so I was headed down to one of my favourite shops.
I was almost finished and started looking around for a bin, but I couldn't find one, so I put it out on the sidewalk and went to walk into a store. I was rudely interrupted by Cunt No 1 - Council ticket warden. Within a moment Cunt No 2 arrives to jot down details of my offense.
I got fined $200 for littering.
Now I'm by no means pro-littering. In fact, I don't know who would be... but I am absolutely fuming about this.
I obviously picked it up, and when asked why I disposed of it on the sidewalk, I advised it was because there were no bins. I actively looked for a bin before doing what I did.
I was told that the council takes littering very seriously, and that I would be issued with the fine.
My response; "if the council took littering very seriously, why was there not a bin on that street corner". I got the usual bullshit response. I bent over and took it up the tailpipe.
I regret giving them my real details, but I am responsible for my actions. What pisses me off is that they were perched on a street corner that has no bin. You have to cross a busy intersection to get to the next bin. I wonder how much money they scored off the people today.
$50 teaches people a lesson, $200 makes people spiteful.
When she handed me the ticket I said "well if I'm going to have to pay for it, I may as well leave it".. and threw the butt straight back on the ground.

yea when i first started piercing i had everything done to the extreme. now i like it simple, so much easier to take care of!
and the fine of 200 $ for your LAST cigarette as littering sucks...but karma is a bitch and it will come back to the woman who did not show any mercy and likes to score people off, just because she has the "power"
