Yes, I suck at updating my journal...I'm OK with that.
Really I don't update 'cause there really isn't all that much going on in my life. I work...lots, but not enough to have lots of money. I'm still hoping to get a full-time position at work in the next few weeks.
I'm playing pool in an APA league on Thursday nights. I sucked REALLY bad for the first few weeks, but now I'm starting to get the hang of things. I actually won my match this last week.
I really don't see very many people anymore other than my friends at pool night. I went out this last weekend a bunch though. Friday night I had dinner with some really close friends and then went and saw "Nightwatch," which was really good...very weird, but good! Saturday one of my friends, who moved to Cali to work for Apple, came back and had a dinner party. I could only stay for a little while 'cause I had tickets to the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, who were doing the music of Pink Floyd. That kicked ass!! It was not at all what I was expecting. It was actually some old hippie who tripped too much acid in the 60s and his band who happened to have an orchestra backing them up! Still fun though!
After the symphony we went back to hang out with my buddy and his girlfriend...she's supposed to be trying to hook me up with someone....there was a really hot girl at the party and I was supper excited.....until I found out she was 17....I was VERY disappointed! On a related note, Megze convinced me to get on Myspace. She seems to think it would be a good place for me to find girls. From what I can tell, looking at girls on there the last few days, the girl on there are mostly skanky....that and I must be old-fasioned 'cause I think its creepy to try and pick-up a girl over the internet!! But either way, I'm on now...so if any of you feel a special need to friend me on there too....feel free.
