I'm SUPER bummed that I'm not going to the Burlesque show tonight. Unfortunately, I'm totally exhausted from being up all last night at work, and since I have to make it through another shift tomorrow night I need to sleep tonight. I'm just hoping that I'll get another chance to hang with all you wonderful people soon! I guess there's this whole thing for Trevor and OBrien...maybe I'll goto that, but no drinking this week...my liver hates me right now!

In other news...I'm freezing!! Damn roommates who won't let you turn on the heat because they're cheap! Maybe I'll just eat dinner really quickly and bring my laptop to bed with me...

I'm looking at buying my first real whip. Actually a flog. I pretty much know what I want, doe or normal deer skin, 23" or so tresses in forest green and black. Really the only question is where do I get it from? There are two places that I've found that cater to the Scene. Happy Tails and Heartwood Whips. Heartwood is mentioned specifically in a book recommended to me by the few Scene people I've talked to (the book is "Screw the Roses, Send me the Thorns"). If anyone has any experience with either of these companies let me know what you think! Now this does kinda lead to two other requirements...1) I need to learn how to use it properly. From what I've read, deerskin flogs of this type are almost impossible to seriously hurt someone with...but I would prefer to learn to use it before I employ it on anyone. 2) Well.....I kinda need someone to use it on...
