sometimes people take from us more than they ever gave and it makes us feel bad and used and abused. then we think of the great moments we had with them....and it just makes things worst. there is no coming back in those happy times.

when that happen, there's not much to do but move on. suffering will pass, eventually. all we can do is know and feel we deserve better that what we 're going thru. and finally get there. and when we're there, we look back and there's no anger. just souvenirs.

2;; Shampoo. Conditioner. Leave in conditioner. Pantene Pro-V Straightening gel. Serum--Citra Shine, I think... I used to color. I don't anymore. I hot oil about 2 times a month.
3;; I have never broken a bone in my life. Though, this one time, when I was 13, I was riding my bike to school and my gym bag got caught in the front tire, and I went ass over teakettle (isn't that an odd expression?) over the handlebars. I still have a scar on my chin and I chipped a tooth.

Speaking of chipped teeth, this friend of mine chipped one of his teeth the other day from biting down really hard to keep from saying something mean. I am actually impressed with his effort. He is usually very unapologetic about being an asshat (I say that with love). Yeah, anyhow...
