I don't feel quite right in the head
I feel like I am stuck in a downward spiral
I drove through the desert and saw the windmills I saw as a child
I remembered a lot of things
None of them very pleasant
and I imagined my arm impaled with a couple of spikes
holding me there, in the heat
a man on the tip of my finger
a man on the tip of my thumb
a man in the crook of my elbow
and the flesh tearing from my arm
I want out now
but I don't know how
I am so dizzy I feel like I have taken narcotics
