A story out of Canada states the blatantly obvious: Men like looking at women. I am happy we have that settled and can move on.
At, of all places, Oprah's magazine, there is an interview with a woman named Laura Redmond who thinks folks should get over their fear of nudity. Probably not a big problem for the women on here, but hey. She has this anecdote:
For lots of women, even the word "naked" brings huge discomfort. I was volunteering at my child's school once when another mother, who had heard I was an author, asked me the title of my book. When I told her, she set down the envelopes she'd been stuffing, grabbed her purse, and left the building without saying another word.
A woman named Jane Toohey takes pictures of folk musicians naked. Not sure what brought that on, but there it is.
And last but not least: a group of ecology students at the University of Georgia has decided to do .a nude calendar to promote sustainability. Sounds like a good idea, I'm ordering one.
See y'all later.
