You'd probably have to resize the pics before you upload them. I use GIMP for resizing/cropping my photos because its free and I'm not hardcore enough to need photo shop. I'm not sure what size would fit in the SG column. I'd suggest trying 800, then 720, then 640 pixels wide. GIMP defaults to maintaining the aspect ratio when resizing, so your pics won't end up all squished looking.
