i had my first-month review at work. they said i had improved 100%, but that i still need to reduce ticket times during the rushes if i want to get hired on full-time. apparently i have a few weeks to impress the front of the house management with my speed. i thought i had already made it...

Don't be discouraged, although I agree with mdf. Management can be very hard to please. I have faith that you'll be hired full-time.
