got an internship at the palms. i start next wednesday, then after one month i either get a full-time position there or move on to the next internship. which would likely be at emeril's table 10 in the palazzo. the palms would be a cool place to work, because they would transfer me daily from kitchen to kitchen. room service, restaurants, main buffet, etc...and i would also get to do some catering. i'll be celebrating the good news in laughlin, nevada with a good friend over the holiday weekend. mojitos and swimming pools. and 120F. yikes.
